Get Fit with Group Fitness Classes!

Group Fitness classes are held at various times throughout the week. Classes are designed for all fitness levels to meet the needs of all members. Certified Group Fitness Instructors will lead you through formats specific to the class and will offer modifications to support participants' needs. 

To attend the class, you must sign up for a reservation on IMLeagues and provide your GSW ID upon arrival. Social distancing and masks will be required.

GSW Group Fitness Schedule can change due to class participation, instructor conflict, and/or holidays or events. GSW Fitness/Wellness follows the GSW Academic Calendar.

 

It is recommended that you bring a towel and water bottle to each class. Mats are provided, but it is HIGHLY recommended you bring your own mat, especially if you plan on attending daily Group Exercise classes. To help better control the spread of illness and disease, sanitizing spray and disposable towels are available to use, so please make sure to wipe off equipment after each use.
